Moong Punbai Papad

This papad is thin, crisp disc-shaped and spicy. It is very popular among the Punjabi due to its spicy nature. It is a hand made papad rolled with the help of Besan (chickpea flour) . It is hygienically prepared with a mix of pure sorted pulses and mixed with ingredients like salt, edible oil, black cumin, asafoetida, mace, nutmeg, black pepper and other spices. It makes for a healthy, light and tasty snack. It is one of our most popular papad.
