Moong Special Papad | Moong Dal Papad

A thin, crisp disc-shaped, Papad is Indian Traditional food. It is a hand made papad rolled with the help of Besan (chickpea flour). It is hygienically prepared with a mix of pure sorted pulses and mixed with ingredients like edible oil, asafoetida, mace, black pepper and other spices. Papad is fried or cooked with dry heat and served during meals.
