Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are allowed within 3 hours of placing an order.

If an order is already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If we cancel an order due to stock unavailability or other reasons, a full refund will be provided.

Returns are only accepted for expired or damaged products.

To request a return, customers must email support within 24 hours of receiving the order with proof (photos of damaged items).

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Replacement of damaged goods is subject to stock availability.
